RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATE

 

- Anything bought from Chicka & Co and wanted refunded or exchanged must be within 2 weeks after receiving the order. Anything after 2 weeks will not be accepted for refund/exchange You must mail back clothing to Chicka & Co. (you must pay to ship it back to us) Once recieved and approved your card will be refunded within 3 business days


- For size exchanges, the item must be mailed back before you receive the new size.

 
- For size exchanges, due to stock, there are no promises that your size will be in-stock/or restocked. If this is the case you will just receive a refund.


-If a piece of clothing is damaged upon arrival please notify Chicka & Co. for an immediate shipping of a new piece or refund and handling of the situation. We will always take responsibility.


-If a piece shrinks, becomes damaged or fades after being washed/dried that is not Chicka & Co’s responsibility nor a reason to get a refund. Each piece contains a tag with instructions for best ways to wash the clothes. 


-Any issues or concerns with anything Chicka & Co. must be addressed through the Chicka & Co website OR email chickaandco@gmail.com. NOT through DM, messenger, text, or personal email. We try to respond within 3 business days.

 

- Sale items are final sale. (there are possible exceptions)
