Shipping & Returns

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATE

 

- Anything bought from Chicka & Co and wanted refunded must be within 2 weeks after receiving the order. Anything after 2 weeks will not be accepted for refund. You must mail back clothing to Chicka & Co. (you must pay to ship it)


- Size exchanges are allowed at anytime but the item must be mailed back before you receive the new size (shipping not paid by Chicka & Co)

 
- If there is a size exchange there is no promises that your size will be in-stock/or restocked due to constant changing in the store. 


-If a piece of clothing is damaged upon arrival please notify Chicka & Co for an immediate shipping of a new piece. We will always take responsibility.


-If a piece shrinks, becomes damaged or fades after being washed/dried that is not Chicka & Co’s responsibility nor a reason to get a refund. Each piece contains a tag with instructions for best ways to wash the clothes. 


-Any issue or concern with anything at all must be addressed through Chicka & Co website OR email chickaandco@gmail.com. NOT through DM, messenger, text, or personal email.

 

- Sale items are final sale.
